DIY Baking Soda Foot Soak to Cure Dry Cracked Feet
You need:
- Soft scrub sponge / brush / pumice stone
- Moisturizer
- Lavender oil (optional)
- 4-5 liters of warm water in a bucket
- 3 tbsp of baking soda
Preparation:
- pour the baking soda in the bucket of water
- mix and add a few drops of lavender oil
- soak the feet
- let them sit 15-20 minutes
- run the underside using a soft scrub sponge, a pumice stone
- coat the feet in moisturizer high in glycerin, Vaseline, or coconut oil
- put on socks and sleep with the socks on all night
- repeat this process a few times a week
- or you can mix baking soda with water to create a paste
- then scrub the feet prior scrubbing them with a brush or pumice stone.
