3 Ways To Make Your Hands Attractive And Youthful At Home

Your hands are probably the first body part to show your true age. Their thin, delicate skin is exposed to sunlight and chemicals from cleaning products every day, making them prone to wrinkles, age spots, and sun damage.

So, even though you may try hard to avoid these skin aging signs appearing on your face, you shouldn’t ignore your hands.

In fact, keeping them youthful is not a rocket science. You can achieve that by following several simple adjustments to your everyday life, such as:
  • Always wear gloves when cleaning and gardening
  • Use a hand soap with moisturizing agent
  • Stop biting your nails
  • Exfoliate them often
  • Wear sunscreen
  • Moisturize often

Besides these helpful tips, there’s one more thing you can do to rejuvenate your hands and make them look younger – a home spa.

There are three options to choose from, each of them including preparation, softening, and hydration part.

Whatever option you choose, you’ll reduce the effects from external factors and make your hands soft and smooth. Besides, they are all economical and free from chemicals, so it’s definitely worth to tray at least one of them.

The best part is that they require common natural ingredients you probably have in your kitchen right now.

After that, mix the rest of the ingredients, the olive oil, egg yolk, and lemon juice, and apply on your hands. Let it stay for 15 minutes before rinsing them with water.
