Drink this tea and get rid of the cramps
There
are many recipes for teas which have an amazing effect and will help
you with your menstrual pain. For preparing this tea you will need one
teaspoon of ground ginger and some hot water or milk. You can also use:
chamomile, raspberry leaves, cinnamon, marigold, yarrow or mint.
Remember not to drink more than three cups of these teas during the day.
Another way to use these teas
When it comes to struggling with the cramps and the menstrual pain, some women are so desperate they will try anything. However, there is an alternative for those who are not big fans of tea. They can always use wraps. For preparing this wraps all you have to do is take some ginger root and boil it in hot water and then leave it to cool. Later use this liquid to make the wrap and put it on the painful area.
Another alternative is to take one tablespoon of Aloe Vera juice every three days. The Aloe Vera will help you relieve the pain.
If
tea for some reason you cannot drink the tea, you can always use some
other methods. For example you can sprinkle the following spices in your
food: freshly milled flaxseed, cinnamon, thyme, garlic and ginger.
However if you choose to use the flaxseed, you should know that you

You can use
the same four oils for massage. All you have to do is apply them on the
stomach and the lower back. Then after the massage you need to cover
these place with some source of heat, hot water bottle for example.
There
are many other combinations, which can be used for massaging the
painful areas. For example you can take four drops of lavender essential
oil, two drops of sage oil, and two drops of rose essential oil, eighth
of a cup of almond or olive oil. Then all you have to do is rub this
mixture on your stomach every day, one week before the start of the
cycle.
You can try out these treatments until you find the medication that is best for you, and then repeat it if necessary.
