Hey, Has anybody attempted the multi-day cardiovascular eating routine otherwise called the multi-day Birmingham Cardiac Diet, multi-day Navy Diet, Tuna Fish Diet, Florida 3 Day Diet, or Alabama 3 Day Diet?

It asserts that you can lose up to 10lbs in 3 days and be intended for patients who expected to get thinner rapidly before their medical procedure.

Simply eat dependably for four days, at that point rehash the 3-day diet! 

Day 1 

BREAKFAST 

  • Dark Coffee or Tea 
  • 1/2 Grapefruit or Juice

  • Dark Coffee or Tea 
  • 1 The cup of Cottage Cheese or 1/2 Cup of Tuna 
  • 5 Saltine Crackers 

Supper 

  • 2 Beef Franks 
  • 1 Cup Cabbage or Broccoli 
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots or Turnip Greens 
  • 1/2 Banana 
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream 

Day 3 

BREAKFAST 

  • Dark Coffee or Tea 
  • 5 Saltine Crackers 
  • 1 Oz. of Cheddar Cheese 
  • 1 Small Apple 

LUNCH 

  • Dark Coffee or Tea 
  • 1 Hard-Boiled Egg 
  • 1 Slice of Dry Toast 

Supper 

  1. 1 Cup Tuna 
  2. 1 Cup Beans or Cauliflower 
  3. 1 Cup Carrots or Beets 
  4. 1 Cup Melon 
  5. 1/2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream 

Drink Lots of Water Too! 

• An orange rather than grapefruit 

• Tuna rather than curds and the other way around 

• Frozen yogurt rather than dessert 

• Cauliflower rather than broccoli and the other way around 

• Green beans rather than broccoli or cauliflower 

• Beets rather than carrots 

• A cut of toast rather than five wafers or the other way around
