- 4 washed medium-sized lemons
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 gallon of boiled water
Preparation Method
- You can prepare it very easy by cutting the lemons and garlic and then place them in a bowl and put some boiling water over them.
- Then, grind the garlic and lemons.
- Divide the mixture into 3 glass jars, and fill them evenly with the rest of warm water.
- Next, cover the jars and keep them in the fridge for 3 days.
- Then, strain the mix, and store the treatment in the refrigerator once again.
- First, begin with smaller sized quantities, so take only a couple of tablespoons of it, 3 times daily.
- If you have experienced no negative effects, you can raise the dosage to the approximately ¼ cup, and again take it 3 times daily, before meals, for 40 days.
- This treatment must be done only once a year.
