How To Use The Plant Of Immortality

How To Use The Plant Of Immortality

As far back as 5,000 years ago, ancient Egyptians used this mystical plant, the “plant of immortality,” for a number of reasons.

That plant is still around today, and chances are, you can find it in just about any big department store:

Aloe vera.

Aloe is good for more than just soothing burned skin. It is a powerful, powerful healing plant, perhaps one of the best in the world. It can soothe and repair tissues all over the body.

Stomach ulcers are one of the big ones, but there are other internal ailments that aloe will heal such as:

  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Constipation
  • Indigestion
  • Stomach ulcers
  • Intestinal ulcers
  • Ulcerative colitis
  • Kidney stones
  • Diabetes
  • Gingivitis

Of course, if you have any health concerns you’d consider serious, visit your physician. Do not discontinue medical treatment for any of the above disorders.

One of the ways I love consuming aloe vera is by juicing it. Use a knife to chop off the outer skin of the plant and add the gel to any fresh squeezed juice.

You can also throw the whole dang thing into your juicer with some fresh carrots and apples too.

Aloe is very effective consumed first thing in the morning and, when taken before breakfast, has lasting effects on your health and how you feel.

What else have you used aloe to treat?
