Get Rid of Toothache and Relieve Pain at Home in Just a Few Minutes With These Foods !

Tooth decay is the primary cause of toothaches for most children and adults. Bacteria that live in your mouth thrive on the sugars and starches in the food you eat. These bacteria form a sticky plaque that clings to the surface of your teeth.


1. Salt and Pepper to relieve pain

Salt and pepper have powerful anti-bacterial properties. They have the ability to calm and relieve toothache. Simply make glue-like toothpaste with equal portion of regular table salt and pepper. Apply this remedy on the infected tooth and let it act for a couple of minutes.


2. Oil pulling to get rid of teeth infection

Swish 2 tbsps of oil for 15-20 minutes on an empty stomach. Do this for a few days to get rid of bad breath and yellow teeth. This will reduce the tooth infection as well.


3. Garlic toothache

Crush a garlic clove or take some garlic powder. Mix it with table salt and apply directly to the painful area. For best results, you can chew one or two garlic cloves. Repeat the procedure for few days.


4. Cloves are natural pain reliever

Smash 2 cloves and blend with olive or any vegetable oil. Apply the mixture on the painful area. Also, you can mix drops of clove oil in a glass of water and use it as a mouth wash. It will provide you with instant pain relief.


5. Ginger is a good remedy

Bite some fresh ginger root in water, let it act for a while and then gargle it.


6. Salt in warm water for toothache

Take a glass of warm water and mix a leveled tablespoon of salt in it. Use this water as a mouth wash. Flush your mouth thoroughly with this mixture. It will reduce swelling and inflammation.


7. Ice cube pack at home

Crush ice in a cold cotton and hold it close to jaw or cheeks. Also you can put a crushed ice cube in your mouth or gargle with icy cold water for few minutes.


8. Onion can help

Onions have powerful antiseptic and antimicrobial properties. Simply chew a raw onion for few minutes to get relief.


9. Guava leaves is a herbal remedy

Bite 2 or 3 guava leaves. Also you can infuse guava leaves in boiling water with some salt in it. Use this as a mouth wash.


10. Turmeric for cavity pain

Add few drops of mustard oil to half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Apply this thick paste and let it act for 15 minutes before spitting it. Repeat the procedure regularly to relieve the pain.


11. Peppermint leaves to get rid of pain

Bite some fresh peppermint leaves right on the problem area. If you cannot find fresh leaves, you can use dried ones too.


12. Tea beg for toothache

Black tea can reduce swelling and help you with a temporary relief due to presence of astringent tannis.
