Doctors Are Warning: If You Use Aluminum Foil, Stop It Right Now And This is The Reason Why

Aluminum foil is something that we all use in the kitchen for cooking, wrapping, and many other common ailments. However, a recent study revealed that there are some significant unknowns regarding this kitchen staple.

Aluminum is a neurotoxic heavy metal that has a number of negative effects on brain function and has even been linked to Alzheimer's disease.

Exposure to this heavy metal, according to medical professionals, may have long-lasting negative effects, such as mental decline and a loss of balance, memory, coordination, and bodily control.

According to this study, aluminum buildup inside the bones causes calcium levels to drop as a result of taking up space that would otherwise be occupied by calcium during cooking.

Researchers have also linked the inhalation of aluminum particles during cooking with pulmonary fibrosis and other respiratory conditions. When grilling with aluminum, the same results are obtained.

Many people are still unaware of the fact that aluminum foil releases some of the metal into food when it is exposed to high temperatures and that the heavy metal may leech into the food.

Dr. Essam Zubaidy, a chemical engineering researcher at the American University of Sharjah, has evaluated the effects of aluminum on cooking and found that a meal cooked in aluminum foil can include up to 400mg of aluminum.

This means that “The higher the temperature, the more the leaching. Foil is not suitable for cooking and is not suitable for using with vegetables like tomatoes, citrus juice or spices.”

The RDA (recommended daily allowance) for aluminum, according to the World Health Organization, is limited to 60mg daily.
