– Juice from 1 organic lemon
– 1 teaspoon organic aloe vera juice
– 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (organic, raw, unpasteurized and unfiltered)
– Cup and a half of water (room temperature or warm, to taste)
– 1 teaspoon of unpasteurized honey
– A few mint leaves or basil

Note: You need to know that some foods are “acidic” (such as lemon and vinegar), but after ingestion they have an alkalizing effect.

 

Directions:
Here’s what you need to do – it’s very simple! You need to mix all the ingredients mentioned above in a blender (very shortly) and transfer it into a pitcher. To get the full effect of the alkalizing water, make sure that you drink it on an empty stomach. This should be the first thing you drink in the morning or just before going to bed.

You should drink this alkaline water for 5 days in a row. You will be amazed at the results! You’ll wake up refreshed and full of energy, and your skin will be clean and soft!
