Mix the feet with 4 drops of oil or make a bath for the feet by mixing 2 drops of oil with 3 liters of water. Soak your feet for 15 minutes and dry them well.
Wash your socks from the inverted sides
This way you will better cleanse skin cells and bacteria. Avoid synthetic socks because they do not allow the feet to breathe. Choose socks that have as much cotton as possible.
At home, take off your socks and walk barefoot
