Growing older is a natural process that every person must go through at some point. Our skin shows the first indications of age, including wrinkles, fine lines around the eyes, increased pores, and drooping skin on the face and neck. Since the face is the object of our attention, this is typically the first thing we notice.
However, it's not just the face that shows our true age; because we rarely pay attention to them, our hands also begin to change and might become in poor condition. Our hands always exhibit the first indications of aging since their skin is so delicate and thin. On the back of the hands, there is also very little fat, making it obvious when collagen and elastin fibers start to break down. In combination with the damaging effects from the frequent dish washing and the exposure to the outside elements, you can imagine how our hands can suffer if not treated properly. That’s why it’s very important to care for our hands as much as we do for our face and hair, and maybe even more.
Just like you exfoliate your face to remove the dead skin cells you should exfoliate your hands as well. It will make the skin on your hands smooth and silky and remove the dead skin cells from the surface. But you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on expensive cosmetic products, you can do this with some simple natural ingredients which you probably already have at home and we’ll show you exactly how.
