In this article, we will explore a detox recipe that combines powerful ingredients to support liver, colon, and kidney health, aiding in the elimination of toxins and excess fat.
The body’s System of Detoxifying
In the body’s own detox system, the colon, kidneys and liver are the three most critical organs involved in the process.
The Liver:
It is the body’s first in defense when it comes to toxins. It acts as a filter that keeps the toxins in the foods we eat from getting into the bloodstream.
The Colon:
This comprises of bacteria that creates unhealthy and healthy chemicals.
The goal of this organ is to get rid of the toxins before they can
cause any damage to the body.
Kidneys:
They do their part by filtering the blood and removing the toxins through the urine.
