Here’s what you need to do – just follow the simple instructions:

First, you need to stand up with slightly opened legs. Then, you need to put your hands on your hips, bend your right leg at the knee and lift it up. With slow movements, twenty times push the heel toward the ceiling. When you are done with raising the heel up with the right hand grasp the right ankle. Pull the leg as far up, while lifting the upper body and left arm in the air. You should remain in this position for about twenty seconds, and make sure you breathe properly.
