Some Natural Ways To Keep Skin Glowing And Healthy

Here I am going to share some tips and methods which helped me get a healthy and glowing skin naturally without wasting unnecessary money on skin products :-

What to do and what to not :-

  1. Avoid going out in sun without a sunscreen
  2. Always use moisturizer after bath
  3. Use loofah to wash and bath your skin
  4. Take bath regularly
  5. Use scrubber to remove dead and dried skin from your heels
  6. Use naturals products and keep the list to minimum
  7. Use products that suits your skin type

Home Remedies :-

1. Exfloliation -
  • Scrub = Besan and curb scrub - mix besan in 2 tablespoon of curd and lemon juice . ( Vit C in lemon keeps your skin young , curd provide necessary moisturization, besan remove excess dirt and open pores )

2. Aloe vera Gel = use it after srubbing for

3. Rose water and Multani mitti face pack- mix rose water in multani mitti and make a paste and apply it on the face rinse when dry completely.

4. Steam = take a steam bath , open the pores .

5. Ice = rub ice cubes gently over the face and massage over it.

  3. Moisturizer that suits your skin and season

Exercising and eating healthy

For a healthy and glowing skin , exercising and a healthy diet pay a key role . A healthy lifestyle benefits you overall mentally as well as physically. #If you are healthy within it will reflect outside .

  • Avoid eating junk and fast foods
  • Include green vegetables in your diet
  • Avoid overeating
  • Orange juice , beetroot juice or pomegranate juice / eat fruits rich in vitC
  • Exercise daily for 15–30 min
