Dinner: enjoy the feast – the carb day dinner should include 3 ice-cream balls of 4 cookies as well as a row of chocolate consisting of 70% cocoa. Yummy! You should take a break of 3 hours between meals.

Fruit Day
Lunch and dinner: both meals should include mixed fruit – for example, you can have a bowl of tasty fruit salad.

Water Day
After 29 days of the diet, you should end it with a water day, which involves consuming only water for the whole day. You can have a bit of tea or coffee as well with no sugar.

Once you finish the cycle, you can slowly return to your normal diet, but we suggest continuing with the same breakfast. This will help you lose up to 3 kg. more in the next 3 months due to the change in your digestion and metabolism.
