We all know that both green tea and apple cider vinegar have so many benefits for our health.
However, if you combine them into a tea it is a great way to improve your immunity and to detoxify your body.
Ingredients:
- 230 milliliters of green tea
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- A small piece of ginger
- A pinch of powdered cinnamon (or freshly grated)
Preparation:
- Make the tea as you
- would usually do. Afterward, add the other ingredients in the cup. Let the
- ginger stay for a longer period of time for a more intensive taste. However,
- before drinking the tea, get the ginger out of the cup.
