Eye Acupressure – Massages That Improve Your Sight

Acupressure is not a new form of therapy, but rather an ancient one that has been used to treat and cure various diseases. It’s all about energy flows. When the energy flow gets obstructed for some reason at a certain point, these spots feel painful and cause illnesses.

Eye Acupressure – Massages That Improve Your Sight

What acupressure does is that it helps flake away the barrier to reach the accumulated energy. It is often used to reduce eye problems, such as astigmatism, cataract, hypermetropia, presbyopia, color blindness, cataract, and amblyopia.

If you want to do acupressure the right way, the only thing you need to know is the pressure points for the eyes.

Here are 4 acupressure points for the eyes:

1. Zan Zhu

You can find this point at the inner corner of the eye, close to the nose.

If you have pain in your eyes, dryness, itchiness, tearing, or headaches, massage this point and you’ll instantly feel better.

2. Yang Bai

This one can be found just above the left eye on the forehead. If you massage the yang bai point, you can help relieve headaches and eye twitching.

3. Cheng Qi

Right under the center of the eye you can find the cheng qi spot. These relieve redness, conjunctivitis, eye pain, and twitching.

4. Si Zhu Kong

You can find this point at the end of the eyebrow, far from the eyes. Massaging it will reduce your headaches and migraines.
